Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking a Part-Time Tire Technician to help keep customers safe and get them back on the road. You will work on tires and wheels, provide a friendly customer experience, and grow through hands-on training.

The role emphasizes a team mindset, servant leadership energy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior automotive interest is a plus and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Team mindset, former athlete/military or hands-on leader who loves to work with people.
• Calm under pressure, positive can-do attitude, and integrity as servant leader energy.
• On your feet, lifting, moving, and hustling with your teammates.
• Strength: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus and will be trained.
• Preferred: Driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Busting tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels.
