Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking a Part-Time Tire Technician to support the store’s daily operations and provide safe, timely service to customers. You’ll work with teammates on the floor, assist with tire installation, rotations, balances, and repairs, and help customers get back on the road confidently.

Qualifications

• Team mindset: Former athlete, military team member, or hands-on leader who loves to work with people.
• Servant leader energy: Calm under pressure, positive can-do attitude, and integrity.
• Hands-on stamina: On your feet, lifting, moving, and hustling with your teammates.
• Strength: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Automotive enthusiasm: It’s a plus but not required (we will train you).
• Preferred: Driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
