Belle Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver premium customer experiences. You’ll coach team members, manage store processes, and help achieve financial targets in a fast-paced tire and auto service environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cultural alignment with Belle Tire values, and readiness to advance to store management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Lead by example to foster accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Champion the 6-Step Sales Process and actively engage customers to close sales.
• Oversee daily store functions: scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Assist with P&L management by monitoring sales, labor, and expenses.
