Job summary

True North Goodwill Business Services in Duluth, MN is seeking a Tire Shop Warehouse Tech to load/unload tires, organize inventory, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm, and pays $18 per hour. Prior warehouse experience and ability to lift up to 100 lbs are preferred.

As a Tire Shop Warehouse Tech, you’ll be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading tires from delivery trucks
• Organizing and maintaining tire inventory area by tire size and serial number

Required Skills and competencies:

• Punctuality and strict attendance
• Reading and writing
• Maintain a tidy and organized storage area
• Clear, kind, and patient communication skills
• Follow directions of more than one supervisor
• Stand for 7+ hrs
• Work outside, inside, cold temps to hot temps
• Push/Pull 40-60lbs often
• Lift up to 100lbs occasionally

Education and Experience :

• Reading and writing skills necessary
• Warehouse and inventory management experience preferred
• Drivers License Preferred
• Fork lift experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
