Responsibilities include tire mounting, balancing, wear inspections, and customer recommendations in a busy shop. A high school diploma and a valid license are preferred, with safety and teamwork emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects in a busy shop.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and good communication.
• Team player who helps customers.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
• Inspect vehicles for tire wear, damage, and basic maintenance
• Assist customers with tire recommendations
• Perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections
• Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory, shop cleanliness, and organization
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
