Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking a Part-Time Tire Technician. You will start by joining a store huddle, receive your bay assignment, and provide customers with safe, timely service to get them back on the road confidently. The role emphasizes a strong team environment and on-the-job growth opportunities.

You will perform tire-related tasks, interact with customers, and participate in ongoing training. The position is part-time with flexible scheduling and a focus on safety, quality, and service

Qualifications

• Experience delivering safe, friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and leaders to meet daily goals.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to stand, lift, and move while assisting customers.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform hands-on tire-related tasks.

A Day In The Life

You are the backbone of the store's success. You start with a huddle, get assigned to your bay, and provide customers with exceptional, safe, and timely service. You are on the floor with your teammates, speaking with customers, and getting them back on the road confidently. No desk is required.
