Job summary

Discount Tire is hiring a Part-Time Tire Technician to join our customer-obsessed team. You will assist in tire installation, balancing, and repair while ensuring a friendly and safe shopping experience.

We value hands-on learners with a positive attitude who can lift up to 50 pounds and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training is provided and promotion from within is encouraged.

A Day In The Life

You are the backbone of the store's success. You start with a huddle, get assigned to your bay, and provide customers with exceptional, safe, and timely service. You are on the floor with your teammates, speaking with customers, and getting them back on the road confidently. No desk is required.

• Busting tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels
• Delighting customers: Providing an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience
• Growing: Learn by doing with hands-on, on-the-job training and development
