Job summary

Dealer Tire in Thousand Oaks, CA is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to join our premium automotive dealership team. After a fully paid training program, you will engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, identify needs, and close sales.

You bring 2+ years of sales, strong communication, and comfort with a fast-paced environment. We offer a consistent 40-hour week, base pay plus commissions, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
