The position emphasizes strong customer service, sales skills, and effective communication, with a schedule of 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, sales or automotive preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to discuss pricing and close sales.
• Basic computer and POS system experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting tires and services.
• Provide quotes, create service orders, and process payments.
• Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with service technicians.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
