Job summary

Dealer Tire in Annapolis, MD is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to join a premium automotive dealership family. You will become the tire sales expert, build rapport with customers, uncover needs, and close sales in a structured, high-volume environment.

Base pay ranges hourly, with a generous target annual commission and onboarding guaranteed commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 50% 401(k) match up to 7%, plus PTO and a consistent 40-hour work week.

• Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months)

What You’ll Do

You’ll work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the tire sales expert customer's trust.

After a Fully Paid Training Program, You Will

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment. Automotive experience preferred
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)
