ALBERTOS TIRES LLC is seeking a Tire Sales Representative to grow our customer base by identifying potential customers and maintaining positive purchasing experiences. You will greet guests, discuss wheels and tires, and build rapport to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior tire sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the store.
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport.
• Answer questions about wheels, tires, vehicle specs, and the loan application process.
• Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database.
• Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Recommend and quote prices on tires, wheels and mechanical work.
• Explain lease-to-own program to customers.
