Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Tire Service Advisor to join our team at a premium OEM dealership. You will sell tires, inspect vehicles, diagnose tire issues, and quote prices while maintaining high customer satisfaction and dealer relations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in tire service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and order management platforms. This role supports store operations and requires mobility within the service area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tire service experience in retail tire and service.
• Excellent verbal communication with strong customer service orientation.
• May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
• Meet Dealer Tire’s MVR and fleet policies.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and order apps.

Responsibilities

• Sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed sales goals.
• Inspect customers’ cars on the service drive.
• Diagnose tire-related problems, quote prices and recommend services.
• Ensure repairs are completed as quoted and approved.
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealer personnel.
• Support store operations and inventory management.
• Assist technicians to maintain service levels.
