Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Tire Technician to support the tire bay operations and assist members with tire purchases. You will mount, dismount, rotate and balance tires, keep the bay clean and organized, and help customers select the right tires and sizes.

The role requires physical stamina and excellent service orientation. Responsibilities include maintaining proper documentation, coordinating with the Home Office, and upholding safety and club standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills for POS or inventory tasks.
• Must pass Michelin training levels 1–4 within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance or on your own when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, and balance tires.
• Maintain a clean, safe tire bay and waiting area.
• Assist members with tire selection and sizing verification.
• Process tire bay documentation and coordinate with Home Office as needed.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to safety and club policies.
• Attend to members in a friendly, helpful manner and support cross-department needs.
