Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a Tire Sales and Service Representative in Columbia Falls, MT. This role blends commercial tire sales with hands-on service to build strong customer relationships and deliver quality workmanship.

You will develop customer relationships, sell tires and related services, and perform on-site service calls with a focus on safety and responsiveness. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a long-standing company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely service commercial tires using industry-standard tools.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers and provide tire products and service solutions.
• Generate new business while growing existing customer accounts.
• Sell commercial tires, retread products, preventive maintenance programs, and related services.
• Personally perform commercial tire service including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, repairing, and replacing tires.
• Perform on-site service calls and respond to customer needs safely and professionally.
• Inspect tires, identify maintenance concerns, and recommend products to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Pomp’s professionally.
• Assist with store operations and other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

What You Need:

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to safely service commercial tires using industry-standard tools and equipment
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally
