Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service is recruiting a Commercial Tire Technician in Ohio to repair, inspect, and maintain tires for commercial vehicles. You will diagnose needs, perform rotations and balancing, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to read and verify work order information.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move heavy loads (50 lb regularly, up to 100 lb occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and replace tires on commercial vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Assess and troubleshoot customer tire needs to provide effective solutions.
• Inspect tires and vehicles for any additional issues or maintenance needs.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and proper care of tools and equipment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support team operations.
