Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous tire and lube technician experience preferred.
• Proficient in tire installation and oil change procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to operate shop equipment safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires for even tread wear and vehicle stability.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, inquiries, and provide outstanding service.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working in a shop environment.
