Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Columbus, OH is hiring General Service Technicians for our state-of-the-art tire and lube center. No experience is needed; we offer PAID training, a guaranteed base hourly rate, and substantial weekly bonus potential.

You'll install tires, balances, rotations, and related services while earning with a weekly bonus and enjoying benefits like PTO, health coverage, and 401(k) matching as part of the Mavis Tire family.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services like rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments on top of guaranteed hourly rate.
• Participate in paid training to learn our processes and standards.
