Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate to fulfil sales and service requests educating other associates on tools tasks resources and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: apply safety, compliance, tire/battery guidelines and use POS systems for selling.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools to plan for and drive sales, improve service, and engage associates.
• Be an Owner: handle cash registers, process transactions, manage inventory, and complete required paperwork.
