Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures, including regular safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations.
• Ensures Tire and Battery Center sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per company policies, including handling of claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Presents and maintains merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up displays, cleaning, signing, pricing, and securing fragile merchandise.
• Monitors tire and battery orders daily, assists members with installation appointments, and communicates lead time changes or cancellations.
• Provides expert member service and recommendations, greeting members and resolving concerns using product knowledge and warranties.
• Drives sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings and value across the club.
• Triages service workflows in TBC bays, prioritizes appointments, and coordinates with leadership to meet service needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety, tire/battery industry guidelines, TPMS, and point-of-sale systems.
• Leverages technology to plan sales, improve service, and adopt new tools among team members.
• Serves as a brand advocate, develops team members, and overcomes roadblocks through training.
• Completes vehicle service requests, tests, and processes payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Complies with ethics and integrity standards and follows company policies and Open Door Policy.
• Completes work priorities, communicates progress, and adapts to change while maintaining professionalism.
