Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas of the department.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, TPMS, tire and battery guidelines, and POS operations.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for, drive sales and improve the service experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, process transactions, and report safety hazards.
