• Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, POS, and service standards.
• Techie: Uses handheld tech to plan for and drive sales and improve the service experience.
• Owner: Manages equipment, tools, inventory, and documentation; operates cash register and assists members.
