Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician in Southaven, MS. You will work with the team to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and help members get more of what they love for less.

The role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and adherence to safety and product guidelines. Responsibilities include assisting customers, utilizing handheld tools, handling POS transactions, and maintaining inventory accuracy while following company policies and safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must successfully complete all job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to fulfill sales and service requests.
• Educate associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, TPMS and product specs to ensure reliable service.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
