Qualifications

• Proven experience as a lube tech or tire installer is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, and repairing tires.
• Conduct oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements.
• Perform safety inspections on batteries, belts, hoses, and tire pressure.
• Keep the workspace organized and safe.
• Provide friendly service in collaboration with service advisors.

What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff)

• Keep Wheels Turning: Perform top-tier tire services, including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires.
• Fuel the Fleet: Conduct quick and precise oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements to keep engines running smoothly.
• Be the Eyes and Ears: Perform multi-point safety inspections - checking batteries, belts, hoses, and tire pressure to give our customers total peace of mind.
• Own the Bay: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe. A sharp shop is a successful shop!
• Deliver Wow Factor: Team up with our service advisors to provide friendly, transparent, and ultra-fast service that keeps customers coming back.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Spark: An upbeat, positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You love a fast-paced environment!
• The Know-How: Proven experience as a lube tech or tire installer is a major plus, but a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn will get our attention.
• The Drive: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• The Hustle: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand for extended periods, and move with a sense of urgency.
