Job summary

Bruin Waste Management is seeking a reliable Tipper/Assistant to support drivers with daily waste and recycling collection. This role requires physical effort, outdoor work in all weather, and a safety-first mindset.

You will operate the tipper, help with curb-side bin returns, and communicate with team members and the public to ensure smooth routes. This is a full-time, early-morning position in Pagosa Springs, CO.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Previous experience in waste management is a plus but not required.
