Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager to provide field support for refrigeration sites across North America. You will manage complex projects, influence stakeholders at all levels, and guide equipment standardization and maintenance programs as we expand the business.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 3+ years of technical program management experience, with up to 50% domestic travel.

Knowledge of generic mechanical room infrastructure such as chillers, cooler units, and fan controls

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with refrigeration CO2 designs and system improvements / modifications. Familiarity with refrigeration controls systems including Danfoss and/or Copeland.
Ability to build simplified heating and cooling load calculation models (e.g., using Excel or equivalent tools) to estimate potential energy savings and guide equipment selection or retrofit strategies
High capability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, frequent changes in priorities, and changes in the business environment
Understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamic processes and their relation to Refrigeration related applications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
