Job summary

Great Outdoor Cottages, LLC. is seeking Crew Members to build tiny homes, cottages and vacation villas in our factory. You will assist in layout, framing and finishing, and work across trades to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and installing materials, while following safety rules and quality standards. A high school diploma or GED and trade-based experience are required for the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Trades-based experience required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read blueprints, house plans and sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, design plans and sales orders.
• Assist supervisors with layout, planning, and installation.
• Work with various trades to meet production goals.
• Install frame, doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and fixtures.
• Assess quality of work and materials; maintain safety standards.
• Operate tools and machines; provide reliable attendance.
