Job summary

XPEL in Colorado Springs is seeking a Tint Installer to install automotive window film with high precision, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate transportation of vehicles between XPEL facilities and third-party sites.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Prior tint installation experience is preferred; punctuality and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or local equivalent.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• 2 years’ experience in automotive window tint installation preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy.

Job Summary

The Tint Installer is responsible for the continued growth, quality, customer service and installation of our Automotive Window Film line.

Core Duties

• Install automotive window film with a high level of quality
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• At least 2 years' experience in automotive window tint installation preferred
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
• Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods.
• Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods.
• Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
