Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills expected.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document production test strategies for mixed-signal timing devices.
• Analyze characterization and production test data to identify trends and yield opportunities.
• Support silicon post-silicon activities and debugging.
• Assist in development and enhancement of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test programs.
• Generate technical reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support release of new timing products from development into production.
