Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of forecasting experience in business planning and processes.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with large data.
• MS/PhD in Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, CS, Data Science or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering descriptive statistics, inference and visualizations.
• Quantitative mindset with ability to derive insights for business decisions.
• Experience with time series, regression and other forecasting methods in Python/R/SAS.

Responsibilities

• Forecast contact center demand daily and monthly, extending to multi-year horizons.
• Assess forecast accuracy, explain deviations, and implement improvements.
