Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Cadwork for timber design and fabrication.
• Experience creating fabrication-ready 3D models and shop drawings for post-sale timber projects.
• Familiarity with coordinating with architects, engineers, estimators, and fabrication teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement digital fabrication workflows using BIM/CAD/CAM tools.
• Produce design development sets, structural sets, shop drawings, take-offs, and machine files.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers and contractors to resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure drawing standards, file organization, and revision control are maintained.
