Job summary

Arizona Tile is seeking a Warehouse Worker to safely receive, prepare, and process customer orders for shipment. You will operate material handling equipment and maintain orderly warehouse areas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include accurate packing, safe forklift/ crane operation, and timely paperwork. The role requires basic reading skills, and teamwork to support a responsive, safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior warehouse / material handling experience helpful but will train.
• Functional Skills: Safely use and/or learn forklift/overhead crane, review orders, packing slips, complete paperwork, follow instructions, basic math.
• Certifications: Forklift or Overhead Crane, will train.
• Language Skills: Basic written skills with good verbal skills.
• Core Behaviors: Safety-focused, customer driven, teamwork, strong communication, hard work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and packs orders for transfer or customer shipment, ensuring accuracy.
• Operates forklift or overhead crane to load/unload material safely and efficiently.
• Prepares warehouse paperwork accurately and timely.
• Performs light maintenance and cleaning of warehouse, parking lots and loading areas.
• Participates in physical inventory counting as required.
