A strong portfolio and reliable tool kit are required. Requires 4+ years tile setting experience, own vehicle, and proven waterproofing proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years tile setting experience with a wet saw and pro tool kit.
• Proven waterproofing proficiency and slope/tolerance literacy.
• Ability to read plans and collaborate with plumbing, glass, and carpentry trades.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate substrate and prep; build planes and plumb/flat surfaces.
• Waterproofing: Schluter/RedGard or equivalent membranes per manufacturer specs.
• Layouts, cuts, and lippage control; edging/trim profiles; transitions.
• Grouting, sealing, and cleanup; protect adjacent finishes.
• CompanyCam photo documentation; ClickUp notes and material logs.

Overview

Deliver waterproof, plumb, and visually precise tile installations in showers, surrounds, and floors. You understand membranes, slope, and manufacturer systems and can produce showcase‑ready finishes.
