Job summary

Dal-Tile, a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer, is seeking a Sorter to join our El Paso team. You will inspect and sort finished tile, check for shade and visual defects, and discard defective pieces while following standard procedures and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing experience. Strong communication, record-keeping and basic English skills are essential to success in this role, with opportunities to

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sort finished tile.
• Inspect tile for shade and visual defects.
• Discard defective tile into trash hoppers.
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Keep the work area safe, clean and organized.
• Perform other related duties as required.
