Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, seeks a production operator to run equipment, monitor parameters, inspect products for conformance, record data, and decide when to adjust the process or call supervision.

The role operates on the 6:45 PM–7:00 AM shift with a 2-2-3 weekend schedule, on-site in Dickson, TN. A high school diploma and at least one year of manufacturing experience are preferred; competitive pay and benefits accompany the position.

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitors production parameters and inspects or tests product for conformance to specifications.
• Records data and makes decisions on adjustments or when to contact supervision.
• Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.
