Job summary

TileBar in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Commercial/A&D Sales Representative to serve select customers, quote, sell, and fulfill orders based on client needs in the mosaics and tiles market.

You will be a primary customer contact and consultant, with responsibility for recommending solutions, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders. Travel is required, and a base plus commission package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10+ years in Tile, Natural Stone, Textile, Furniture, or Building Materials industries preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain helpful.
• Experience with Magento and Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold customer service standards in a friendly, service-oriented environment.
• Promptly answer and respond to customer and sales inquiries.
• Provide accurate and expert information to customers.
• Be responsive to customer concerns.
• Process purchases and sample orders for clients.
• Maintain product knowledge and company branding.
• Assist in CRM account activities and tasks.
• Travel is required for in-market coverage.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
• Identify and address problems as they arise.
