Sir Grout Dallas is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented technician to join our tile, grout, and stone restoration team. You’ll work on site at residential and commercial spaces, performing cleaning, sealing, minor repairs, and surface inspections to deliver exceptional results.

You’ll communicate clearly with clients, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards. Training and certification opportunities are provided, along with competitive pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in tile, grout, flooring, stone, or related trades is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Comfort working in customers’ homes and businesses.
• Problem-solver who can adapt on the job.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Tile & grout cleaning using professional equipment and solutions.
• Grout color sealing for a uniform look.
• Minor tile & grout repairs to fix cracks and restore areas.
• Stone & surface inspection to evaluate and recommend restorations.
• Customer service: communicate clearly and ensure client satisfaction.
• Equipment care: maintain tools, van, and materials.
