Job summary

Sir Grout Greater Chester County is seeking a Tile & Grout Restoration Technician to restore tired tile and grout surfaces in homes and businesses. You will use specialized tools and products to clean, restore color, seal, and perform minor repairs, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll work hands-on on a variety of jobs, learning our restoration process and applying it to create dramatic before-and-after results. Training is provided as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with tile and grout restoration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate with customers.
• Willingness to learn specialized restoration processes.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean tile, grout, stone, and hard surfaces using professional equipment and products.
• Restore discolored and deteriorated grout.
• Apply grout color sealant to create a clean, uniform appearance and protect against staining.
• Perform minor tile and grout repairs.
• Inspect surfaces and determine the appropriate restoration process.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to transform surfaces.
• Interact with homeowners and business owners professionally and courteously.
