ProVantage Corporate Solutions is seeking dependable tile installers for full-time travel work to build beautiful retail spaces nationwide. You’ll install floor and wall tile in showroom displays, perform store resets, and travel weekly to new job sites across the U.S.

Benefits include bi-weekly or daily pay with per diem, plus project completion bonuses. Ideal candidates have 1+ year tile installation experience or 2+ years in construction, with strong attention to detail and reliable

• 2+ years in general construction or trades.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel nationwide.
• 4+ years of tile, flooring, or finish work experience.
• 2+ years managing or training a team.
• Comfortable with job tracking and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install floor and wall tile in showroom displays.
• Execute store resets and renovations to update store layouts.
• Perform demolition, carpentry, and detailed finish work.
• Follow blueprints and tile layout plans with precision.
• Travel weekly to new job sites across the U.S.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and represent our values to retail clients.
• Submit progress updates via mobile app/project tracker.

What We’re Looking For

• Entry-Level Tile Setters:
• 1+ year of tile installation or flooring experience
• 2+ years in general construction or trades
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel nationwide
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Lead Tile Setters:
• 4+ years of tile, flooring, or finish work experience
• 2+ years managing or training a team
• Trim carpentry experience a plus
• Comfortable with job tracking and digital tools
