As a subcontractor partner, you will manage your own crew, coordinate scheduling with our projects, and receive weekly direct deposit payments for completed installations. We provide steady project flow, safety standards, and ongoing support from an established flooring company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing tile flooring.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid workers’ compensation and general liability insurance (as needed).
- Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred).
- Own professional tile installation tools and equipment.
- Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
