• Valid Workers’ Compensation Insurance (as needed).
• Valid General Liability Insurance (or able to obtain).
• Own professional tile installation tools and equipment.
• Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred).
• Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
