Job summary

Dal-Tile is hiring an entry level material handler to join our warehouse team in Dickson, TN. You will handle day-to-day warehouse tasks, operate forklifts, pick customer orders, unload inbound shipments, and support inventory accuracy while upholding safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a sit-down forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; training provided to become certified and productive.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 1-year warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and order picker equipment to fulfill customer orders.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and check outbound orders for accuracy.
• Receive and unload inbound material and stock inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform daily cycle counts and report any safety concerns.
