Responsibilities

About the Team
The mission of the creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platforms, tools, and marketplaces, with a product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources, conduct research on topics related to key business development directions, and provide strategic support such as goal setting and advice.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze the market for affiliates, creators, KOLs, celebrities, and entertainment industries.
  • Understand competitors and identify growth opportunities to formulate operational strategies.
  • Analyze affiliate and creator data, understand business logic, design indicator systems based on goals, monitor business performance, and provide insights through data analysis.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely launch of creator tasks and affiliate campaigns.
  • Identify improvement plans for future campaign iterations and creator task development.
  • Collaborate with other teams on platform-wide campaign efforts.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce business analytics or consulting.
  • Team player, fast learner, adaptable.
  • Attention to detail, strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with live streaming is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

Job Details

Salary Range: $111,466 - $192,533 annually, depending on location and experience.
