Job summary

Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is seeking experienced TIG welders for a temporary project in St. George, UT.

This role focuses on high-quality GTAW welds in a supplied booth, with exposure to stainless steel and carbon steel materials and adherence to project specifications and safety policies. Candidates should have TIG welding experience, the ability to read weld symbols, and be available for the full project duration.

Qualifications

• Experience with TIG welding (GTAW) on stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Ability to read welding symbols and blueprints.
• Commitment to weld quality, safety, and clean workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel per specs and codes.
• Read and interpret welding symbols, drawings and specs.
• Fit, tack, and weld in a customer-provided booth on site.
• Inspect welds for quality and correct deficiencies before sign-off.
• Maintain welding equipment, torches and consumables; keep area clean and organized.
