Job summary

Active Dynamics Novi is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will weld to process and quality specifications, perform finish welds, and support assembly with accurate documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years of TIG experience, blueprint reading, and a high school diploma. You will operate and troubleshoot weld machines, maintain fixtures, and adhere to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of TIG welding experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and welding procedures.
• Must pass weld test and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate TIG weld equipment per specs.
• Perform quality checks to ensure conformity.
• Document test results and observations.
• Maintain tools and workshop cleanliness per 5S.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
