Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of TIG/GTAW welding experience preferred.
• Strong desire to grow in a long-term career in rotor assembly.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Set up components and perform basic digital programming on welding equipment.
• Interpret drawings and prepare parts using cutting and abrasive tools.
• Accurately measure surfaces and perform detailed inspections.
• Learn and demonstrate welding techniques.
