Qualifications

• Experience with TIG welding and reading blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to guide welding.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (5S, waste reduction).

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding tasks on components using established procedures.
• Maintain and inspect welding tools and equipment regularly.

• Ensure weld quality and safety standards are met; address discrepancies.
