Job summary

SEETECH, LLC in Nitro WV seeks a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. You will perform TIG welding on aluminum and other metals, fabricate components from blueprints, and operate CNC cutting and plasma equipment to produce precise parts.

You will inspect welds for quality, read technical drawings, maintain tools, and collaborate with the plant to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on TIG welding experience and be able to weld aluminum and other metals.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with fabrication processes and use of CNC cut and plasma cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum and other metals to produce clean, strong welds.
• Fabricate metal components and assemblies per blueprints and work orders.
• Operate CNC cutting equipment to accurately cut and shape parts.
• Utilize plasma cutting tools to prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
• Inspect finished welds and fabricated pieces for quality and safety standards.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to guide fabrication work.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, performing routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with management and production team to meet deadlines and output goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment.
