Job summary

Collaboredge Inc. seeks an experienced Tier II IT technician to support 911/311 operations in the District of Columbia. You will troubleshoot workstations, CAD, MDC devices, and network components, ensuring mission-critical applications stay online.

The role involves imaging and repairing mobile devices in field units, plus coordinating with IT and vendor partners to resolve incidents quickly. Shifts are 2 PM–Midnight, with 10-hour weekend blocks.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years in IT with Tier II support experience for critical operations.
• Experience with incident management, performance monitoring and QA.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II IT support for 911/311 operations and field units.
• Image, configure, and repair mobile devices and MDC hardware.
• Support network, patching, and security incident responses.
• Use ServiceNow to track and close tickets.
• Coordinate with internal IT and vendor teams to prevent outages.
