Job summary

Comcast Business seeks a Tier 3 Engineer 5 - Network Solutions Engineer to act as a strategic advisor in software-defined networking. The role leads project teams, guides network design, and shapes the development of network services across a broad set of enterprise solutions.

The candidate will mentor operations and engineering teams, oversee uCPE deployments, and drive service delivery improvements while coordinating with customer project managers and cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in network engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SDN design and network services.
• Proven ability to lead training programs and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical training programs for operations and engineering teams.
• Oversee implementation of uCPE in inventory with IP and CLLI code management.
• Orchestrate network service provisioning on the SDN platform with robust configurations.
• Provide escalated technical leadership during Service Delivery with PMs.
