Tidal Partnerships Executive

The Role

We are looking for a Partnerships executive to work on the Tidal Strategy team to identify and prioritize solutions to some of Tidal's hardest challenges, in areas including fan connection, content, data, AI, payments, and more.

The Partnerships executive will help Tidal identify, evaluate, and manage internal and third-party solutions that accelerate our product strategy and business growth. You will sit at the intersection of music, technology, FinTech, and business operations, requiring someone who can navigate a large company environment while moving with the agility of a startup.

This role is remote-friendly (U.S.).

You Will
  • Identify and own partnerships to support Tidal artists and listeners, prioritizing effective and dynamic approaches that inform Tidal's strategies
  • Match capabilities from third parties, within Tidal, and across Block (Square, Cash App, and more) to realize impactful, artist-centric experiences
  • Collaborate with design, business and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality execution
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, feedback, and learning within your team and across the organization
  • Partner strategically to expand TIDAL's capabilities beyond streaming, focusing on financial empowerment and independence for artists
You Have
  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management, ideally within the music, media, or technology industries
  • A dynamic understanding of the music industry, including artist tools, distribution, and rights management
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience aligning cross-functional teams around strategic priorities
  • Experience with supporting creative communities, with a deep appreciation for the financial and creative independence of artists
  • Curiosity about leveraging emerging technologies, including AI
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in payments, fintech, and creator business platforms is a major plus

Compensation

Zone A: $198,000—$297,000 USD

Zone B: $184,200—$276,200 USD

Zone C: $174,200—$261,400 USD

Zone D: $164,300—$246,500 USD
